tools: trust_merger: use p_paddr property to filter segments

PX30s bl31 contains none flat VA/PA mapping segments, it should
use p_paddr to filter them.

build from next-dev:
	02c35d15a0 tool: trust_merger: use p_paddr property to filter segments

build command:
	./make.sh px30
