Update feature:
	1. 45ce949 lpddr4: 800MHz read recover to odt enable

	4. da47cca lpddr4: fix 1066MHz noc timing
	5. 4033be5 lpddr4: freq under 800MHz read odt disable and wr
	   with pd odt
