Xuhui Lin 420f240bf1 rk3562: spl: update version to v1.05 ...

Build from:
	e4e124926e rockchip: spl: Fix fwver prefix

Build command:
	./make.sh rk3562 --spl-new --spl-fwver v1.05

Update features:
	1. Solve the problem of destroying the last
	   valid tag during SPL modifying the last tag.
