rk3399: bl31: update version to v1.01
Build from bl31 commit: 3dd76606b02379ba018217c11a81d394624cd981
update features:
1. remove RX offset calibration.
2. disable DFS training on suspend.
3. fix DRAM DLL bypass and DDR3 ODT setting.
4. fix DRAM gate training issue.
5. ddrio retention deassert request by software.
6. support host0_linestate_irq wakeup system.
