edminiv2: drop CONFIG_CFI_LEGACY

Browse Source 
Nowadays generic CFI code properly detects the ED Mini V2's
Macronix MC29LV400CB flash chip, therefore we can drop the
CONFIG_FLASH_CFI_LEGACY option and associated settings and code.
