usb.h: use standard __LITTLE_ENDIAN from Linux headers

Browse Source 
Rather than forcing people to define a custom "LITTLEENDIAN", just use the
__LITTLE_ENDIAN one from the Linux byteorder headers that every arch is
already setting up.
