Florian Fainelli 1445f6ffd5 NAND: add Toshiba TC58NVG0 identifier ...

The Toshiba TC58NVG0* parts are 128Mbytes x 8 bits 3.3V parts with the 0xD1
identifier. Add these to the list of known devices IDs.
