Caleb Ethridge a6438a1026 mach-sc5xx: Update SPI bootargs for ubifs ...

Update the bootargs used in SPI/OSPI bootmode
to reflect change from jffs2 to ubifs for the
SPI's filesystem, and remove the jffs2file variable
from the environment as it is now unused.
