Schneider HMIBSC board dts has already been reviewed upstream on the linux-arm-msm mailing list. So once it comes through the Linux kernel release cycle into the U-Boot dts/upstream subtree, a switch to OF_UPSTREAM can be made. For the time being maintain the U-Boot copy.
