Ye Li 320b191ec8 spi: nxp_fspi: Support i.MX8ULP flexspi 
Add i.MX8ULP flexspi compatible string and driver data.
The flexspi on i.MX8ULP only has 16 LUT sequences and uses 1KB RX FIFO.
