Mario Six 47a1b3f446 MPC837XERDB: Remove CONFIG_MPC837XERDB ...

CONFIG_MPC837XERDB is unused, and TARGET_MPC837XERDB could replace it.

Hence, get rid of CONFIG_MPC837XERDB.
