Simon Glass 20e5399a31 Makefile: Pass OF_SPL_REMOVE_PROPS to binman ...

Pass CONFIG_OF_SPL_REMOVE_PROPS to binman so that it can remove
properties correctly when producing FITs for SPL phases.
