Maxime Jourdan 63860dbfdf pinctrl: meson-gxbb: add hdmi related pins 
The GXBB pinctrl is missing pins related to HDMI, namely hot plug
detection (hpd) and I2C (sda + scl).

This fixes HDMI support for GXBB in u-boot.
