Philippe Reynes f88ccd32b5 tools: renesas_spkgimage.h: use linux/compiler_attributes.h ...

The attribute __packed was defined in the file
tools/renesas_spkgimage.h but this attribute is
already defined in linux/compiler_attributes.h.
So we include <linux/compiler_attributes.h.h>
and do not define __packed.
