Mike Frysinger afac8b0717 Blackfin: fix SPI flash speed define name 
The SPI flash define is named CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_SPEED, not
CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_HZ, so fix the typos in the Blackfin boards.
