Marek Vasut 9ce92c31d3 ufs: qcom: Rename CONFIG_QCOM_UFS to CONFIG_UFS_QCOM

Align the Kconfig option with the rest of the subsystem, use
CONFIG_UFS_<vendor> format for the Kconfig option.
