Alif Zakuan Yuslaimi 9f12a3265c configs: socfpga: soc64: agilex5: Enable QSPI boot with UBI / UBIFS 
Add the required configuration in the U-Boot env to enable Linux QSPI
boot with UBI / UBIFS.
