Marek Vasut 53614bc2dc mmc: tmio: Use IS_ENABLED() to check for CONFIG_ option 
Use IS_ENABLED() instead of CONFIG_IS_ENABLED() to check for CONFIG_
option which is identical across all of U-Boot and xPL builds.
