Sughosh Ganu dd40cf6f1f efi_loader: Kconfig: Select IMAGE_SIGN_INFO when capsule authentication is enabled 
Enable building of the crypto helper functions used during capsule
authentication by selecting IMAGE_SIGN_INFO.
