Oliver Gaskell dd9baf0bbd arm: SC598-SOM-EZLITE initial support ...

Adds support for Analog Devices' SC598-SOM-EZLITE board. Includes:
- Board specific configs in mach-sc5xx/Kconfig
- Board-specific Kconfig and environment in board/adi/
