Zixun LI 57fb27c027 ARM: dts: at91: sam9x60-curiosity: Enable watchdog node ...

Enable watchdog node on SAM9X60-Curiosity board.

A default timeout of 16s is added which is the maximum supported value,
also matching Linux driver's behavior.
