Oliver Gaskell 91f98bb48a arm: dts: Support SC598-SOM-EZLITE ...

Add minimal device tree for Analog Devices' SC598-SOM-EZLITE board.

This patch depends on Patches 01 and 07, for sc5xx.dtsi and
sc598-som.dtsi respectively.
