rk3562: spl: update version to v1.04

Build from:
	ed86ec4f7 make.sh: Add "--spl-fwver" and "--fwver" support

Build command:
	./make.sh rk3562 --spl-new --spl-fwver v1.04

Update features:
	1. Support for A/B systems.
	2. Print and pass the firmware version number.
	3. Solve the issue that the backup image is not loaded when
   	   the SPL load or check u-boot.dtb fails.
