rk3308: miniloader: change to sftl and enable sfc devices configs

Note:
1.Support spi nand、spi nor flash devices;
2.Change to slc ftl for slc nand flash devices;
3.Fix IDBlock erase error;
4.Fix usbphy reset error;
5.Update ECC strategy;
6.Add HYF spi nand devices;
7.Remove caching last few sectors in ftl_write.
