rk3562: ddr: update eyescan bin to v1.06

	a2efbe6ac4 dram: adjust version format

build command:
	export DRAM_EYE_SCAN=1 && ./make.sh rk3562
	export DRAM_EYE_SCAN=2 && ./make.sh rk3562

update feature:
	1. Updated 2D eye printing format.
	2. Add automatic judgment of eye margin.
