arm: dts: socfpga: add "u-boot,dm-pre-reloc" to socfpga_cyclone5_socdk dts

We need "u-boot,dm-pre-reloc" in the socfpga_cyclone5_socdk.dts file in
order for the SPL to use SD/MMC.
