mach-imx: ele_ahab: Mitigate imx93_qsb build error

Add include to avoid following build error with imx93_qsb, when
AHAB_BOOT is enabled:

  .../arch/arm/mach-imx/ele_ahab.c:543:20: error: 'FSB_BASE_ADDR' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'WDOG_BASE_ADDR'?
