ARM: renesas: Rename rmobile_cpuinfo_idx() to renesas_cpuinfo_idx()

Browse Source 
Rename rmobile_cpuinfo_idx() to renesas_cpuinfo_idx() because all
the chips are made by Renesas, while only a subset of them is from
the R-Mobile line.
