Mylène Josserand 4d43d065db sunxi: Move SUNXI_GMAC to Kconfig ...

Move the SUNXI_GMAC config option to Kconfig, remove it
from SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS and rename it into SUN7I_GMAC.
